Jaguar C-X16: Pic of the Week

In anticipation of the production F-Type coupe, here's a great shot of the concept

When the teaser picture of new Jaguar F-Type coupe's roofcan generate more than 100 comments, it must be something special. Following the excellent convertible, we can only assume hardtop will be extraordinary.

Today's POTW is the C-X16 concept, the car that we know the production coupe has been heavily inspired by, and indeed will probably look very much like. Yes, we know the car itself been featured before, but not this great picture of the car in white.

The F-Type coupe will be unveiled (finally!) at the Los Angeles show on 20th November. Fingers crossed it looks exactly like this.

Having seen the F-Type coupe' up close and personal; I can confirm that the ride height doesn't look right in that photo.
Oh and yes its gorgeous without being girly!

Very pretty car... I'm sure rear visibility is horrendous, but you can make the exception for the looks!

great looking car, but will it be a grand tourer or a track day car? I think there needs to be some practicality (i.e. take 2 flight cases) before it will sell otherwise its just a sunday morning fair weather car, in which case isnt the convertable the one you want?

Jags do nothing for me - nothing. Not even the new F-Type. Not sure why...?







However.... that looks sheeeet hot! Whats the bets the production one will look like a Jag and another good opertunity will be missed..

It's a stunning car in the flesh. I was lucky enough to see the CX-16 concept car when I had a meeting at JLR last year where it was on display. If the camouflaged test cars that are knocking around are anything to go by they've kept pretty close to the concept... Want One!!!

When you have no chance of owning such cars, I'd give anything for it to look right and sound good. All boxes ticked then...

That picture is about as official as counterfeit currency! It's awful....and there's so much about it that's just 'wrong'. One example being the missing B Pillar on other side of the car.

When introduced, the 4 pots should offer around 300bhp. Pretty tasty, I think.

Imho, the F-type coupe is most beautifully proportioned British car at the moment, looks better than any Aston.
