Hi chaps,

Is there a Maserati section now? I guess it would sit with he Supercars, maybe? Cant find it and I think "supercars general" is, erm, too general.

Supercars General is where all the previous Maserati threads are. smile

Along with the Bugatti, Koenigsegg and other supercars, so you will be in good company.

With Maserati wanting to increase volume with the Ghibli, new QP, Kubang, new GranSport (whichever of those happen!), would it not make sense to have their own section?

Also, with the greatest or respect to the older cars, a bi-turbo shouldn't be grouped with a Veyron smile

It's not the volume of cars sold that dictates the need for a separate forum, it's the volume of posts. wink

OK. So you're saying theres comparable posts for Pag/Bug etc as there is for Maserati? That surprises me, but fair point if so.

No, I'm saying that the volume of Pagani and Bugatti posts are similarly so low that they don't warrant their own subforums. smile

There would be nothing worse than languishing in a dedicated Maserati forum that only a small number of new posts each month. Surely it's better to pool resources with other supercar brands and have a reasonable volume of forum traffic. smile

Agreed, am just surprised that Maserati posts are that low.

They weren't before the change, its just that most owners/members don't see that section as a maserati inclusive area any longer and there's nothing to tell new members that's where they should be posting.

There were discussions at the time: click.

A compromise was reached with which some are happy.

I'm not.

Preaching to the converted, I was the OP for that thread.
