Help with new video

Hi all,

Have just put together a short video of the day, but I don't have any where to host it, and have stupidly saved it in VCD mode (*.dat). Can anyone help??? I only have about 30mins on the Internet.
Its slightly truncated version of the full one, but I thought some people might want to see it.

You can upload it to www.pistonheads.tv but it will need to be in a more common format.
