Universal joints prop shaft 3000M

Hello,
the universal joints of my prop shaft (3000M; 3718FM) need to be replaced. I always thought the TR6 parts would fit but they have an outer diameter of 26mm, whereas for the propshaft of my car I need 24mm.
Does anyone know which universal joints from which car to use?
