Giving it a miss this year, friday is supposed to be quieter. Sat/Sun is no fun if, like me, you don't enjoy large crowds.

I'll be there on Sunday with Sporting Bears Dream Rides - it's a great opportunity to go for a ride in something interesting whilst supporting children's charities. I think they raised £32k over the weekend at last year's show.

It's a good show, petrolhead heaven. Get there early though, cos it's big! I'll be there all weekend, I'm on one of the stands with my car.

I know! A BX! At a classic car show......

Going on the Sunday. Will get there early, M6 gantry signs already warning of major event 15th to 17th, presume this is the car show or is something else happening at the same time?
Anyone know if the Weatherspoons on the atrium is open for breakfast? If not there is a discount voucher here for 20% off breakfast in a few of the halls restaurant;

Its a great show, lots to see including the classic bike show, well worth a visit, but as said it does get crowded on the weekend.
Off to there with my lad again this year.

It's my first show with them although I've been a punter a few times. I'll be in a red MGA roadster on Sunday.

when i had my TVR i was invited to put my car on the stand for the show in 09, but had an accident on the way to the NEC so had to pull out. Was very disappointed!
