Battlefield 4 or COD: Ghosts?
Discussion
Sorry if it's bin'dun
I'm in a bit of a pickle. I can't afford a PS4 / Xbox One, so I'm with my trusty PS3 for the foreseable (unless anyone would like to donate one?!)
My instinct says Battlefield looks more fun, more strategic and a lot more awesome. My friend is a Battlefield fan and he is bugging me to get it, but when I said I wouldn't be getting it on PS4 (for the reason above) he said not to bother, as it will 'look rubbish' and the graphics / game was designed to run on the next-gen console.
I've always played Call of Duty but after the last installment I said I wouldn't bother again, too many issues with host migration, lag, cheaters and it brought nothing new to the table. The new one still looks like the old game recycled, but just how much better is it now they have dedicated servers? My internet connection is great, but will I lose out because of the pettiness of others and the lag hackers, the sole reason I sold my last COD game?
Christmas isn't far away and my girlfriend and I are limiting our spending this year so we don't gather more debt, but she could stretch to a game for my 'main present'! I'm just not sure which.
Then there's Gran Turismo, to bring another option into the mix...
