In an attempt to sort some electrical gremlins I lost the fuse that sits in the black fuse holder (in the bunch of cables which live above the battery)
we are talking a normal fuse here not the automotive coloured variety...
secondly, what does this fuse run??? everything still seems to work fine.
oh and what rating is the fuse..easier to buy a new one than to try and find the old one I think..
it looks messy down there!

assistance greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the 100 amp fuse... so it runs everything!

Are you talking about this fuse? If so, I don't see how you could lose it as it's screwed in place just like the 100 amp fuse under the car next to the starter motor. As it protects the fuseboard you would lose everything if it was missing. It's rating is 100amps by the way.

I think it is an 80Amp fuse under the dash. The 100AMP is near the starter motor on the chassis.

Start small
