BMW 4 Series in convoy

Saw around 12-15 of these today in Lavant heading towards Goodwood, they were seen end of last week going the same way. They nearly all had a passenger & were on walkie talkies, any ideas on what the were doing.

Friday, Monday and Tuesday had a 4-series event at Goodwood.
The poor weather kept me away or I would have checked it out.

It was a BMW employee 'get to know the new 4 series' day.

The salesman dealing with my F10 M5 was there and essentially it was nothing more than 'rag a new 4 series around the Goodwood' day.

He did say however it's a very capable car and he had a good day
