Now I've always considered the wipers on the GTV to be somewhat of an afterthought... although, they do work and usually new ones clip straight on, however, not this time:

Cable ties will get me home, and seem to keep everything located ok, but does anywhere actually sell the plastic attachment jobbies?

The 'new' clip has either disintegrated or doesn't actually fit properly in the first place, certinly won't relocate anyway; I thought the passenger's side one was a bit marginal, but it was the driver's side that went all crazy angled and flapped in the breeze.

My jar of useful wiper related items only has flat blade attachment clips and a dead wasp, none of which will hold a wiper on the GTV.

...I'm guessing someone will be flogging the left over ones from a Bosch wiper kit on fleabay?

I usually buy my wipers from the dealer. Not that much more expensive, work perfectly and a lot less hassle with attachments etc.

I need some wipers for my "new" GTV.

Looking at the set up reminds me of a Peugeot 405.

Before getting the wipers I need to sort out the wiper arms, they don't sit properly, advice appreciated and then I need to sort out the flow of water to the drivers side jet, blocked pipe or something I assume.

As for getting some attachments, try ebay or can you use the attachment from the old wipers????

It's just a normal hook type connection, and now the new clip has failed and the tie-wrap effort in that picture is using what's left of the old clip (I'd chucked that in the boot, just in case...!).

...eBay maybe a good source for spare clips, although I've yet to find the right search terms.

Now, all I really need is to find someone who has a pile of spare clips from one of the usual Bosch kits which contain all the different fittings smile

Plan C will be to make one out a lump of something plastic/aluminium.

ETA: Bicycle pump with a football inflator attachment usually works for washer pipe unblocking I've found. Air line is another option, but that route is somewhat more likely to pop a pipe off, or split something inaccessible.
