Best camera on an Android phone
Discussion
If you had to get a new phone (which I do) which Android phone has the best camera for picture quality & least amount of shutter lag? My dead Samsung Galaxy S2 didn't really take good photos, but the HD video was passable to my eyes.

Sony Xperia Z1 would be your best bet
Sounds pretty definitive - are there any others to consider? As far as I am aware, none of the top end smart phones have bad cameras. Personally I'd read a few reviews and then go to the shop and see which one I preferred in person. Or just buy a camera.

That's an excellent site. In answer to just getting a camera, I do have a Canon 450d but it is too bulky to have with me all the time. Having a phone that takes passable photos, or better is a bonus, that and excellent battery life, if it has similar performance to my S2 & I'll be happy.
