Am I doing it wrong?
Discussion
This healthy lifestyle lark I mean. Don't smoke, never have. Drink very little; a binge drinking ladette on a Friday night out probably consumes more in one evening than I do in 6 months. Watch what and how much I eat. Exercise regularly and have for most of my adult life. Not overweight, possibly a few lbs under the ideal for height/build.
So apart from this virtuosity making me a massively boring fc uk, why do I spend most of my waking hours feeling like shoite?
See that passing wagon I'm on? Might as well fall off it for all the good it does being on it.

Intersting that a couple of you have picked up on stress related issues, which I hadn't considered. This has been one of the most frustrating years I have ever had personally and professionally in terms of getting anything done or achieving anything, and that cake has been iced with serious worries about a daughter undergoing treatment for very serious depression.
As far as drinking is concerned, it's not something I have given up, just never done much of it, mainly because I hate hangovers!

That's probably it. It takes a real strength of willpower to push through ultra demanding stages in your life and still remain positive through it. Some might conclude that you're suffering from depression and should get some sweeties from your GP but there are other ways round it eg meditation, tai chi, yoga or even therapy.

This is almost certainly a huge factor in how you're feeling. As far as drinking is concerned, it's not something I have given up, just never done much of it, mainly because I hate hangovers!
You don't need to FEEL anxious & stressed in order for the effects of such to take hold.
Also, with your current tribulations in mind, I'd continue to steer clear of alcohol
