After many years of faithful service, our PS3s SCART slot as died, so we've had to upgrade to HDMI. The graphics are now brilliant, but the sound doesn't work.
I guess that isn't meant to happen, so what do I do to fix it?
Have you run through the sound setup on the console since changing cables? I guess that isn't meant to happen, so what do I do to fix it?
It will need telling you want to output sound through your HDMI.

Depending on quality of the TV speakers, normally well worth connecting audio directly from the ps3 to a HiFi as TV speakers tend to be poor.
