Having just had a minor op, I'm basically housebound for two weeks so need something to occupy the time. My budget is about £100, but I'd like to end up with snorting to keep as a shelf queen or as a toy.

I'm thinking:
Lego technic service truck
Tamiya Lunch Box Blue Edition (I like the colour)
Tamiya Subaru Brat

I don't do plastic models as I am too hamfisted!

Any other suggestions or views on the above?

Lego is wonderful, but even the biggest models are only a day or twos fun....
They take me ages, even the smaller ones.

I like to take my time though wink

Maximum "value" has to be the lego mindstorms stuff though. The v3 is out, so there should be some good bargains on the v2 if that's of interest.

Failing that, get the biggest Technic you can afford, maybe consider used.
