Apologies if this one has already been done but couldn't find a thread.
I'm looking into some new pots and pans.
The missus has seen some copper pans in Lakeland and would like to get them but purely based on the look rather than the use-of, whereas Swiss Diamond pans i've previously used at my parents really stick in my mind as being great quality, weight and non-stick.
Do any of you have any experiences or recommendations to add?

If you need a whole set of good quality pans, Costco currently (or at least last time I there a few days ago) have £20 off their 15 piece set which includes IIRC:
2 frying pans
1 grill pan (more like a shallower frying pan)
3 sauce pans with lids
1 stock pan with lid
1 casserole dish with lid
1 saute pan with lid
These are from the Kirkland signature range and feel great quality, I've not yet used them though as they're for when I move out.
Cast aluminium with metal handles and came in at about £96 after VAT.
They also do a full stainless steel set for a bit more.

i've had my eye on that set for a while now, they feel quite good quality - hadn't noticed they are on offer though, are you thinking of the set with the rubber handles?2 frying pans

The set I bought are dark grey with the stainless handles. The £20 off wasn't in the offers book, I just happened to be looking around the shop and they were reduced. They did have a brown Circulon set reduced at one point, that set has rubber handles.
Take heed though, it's a bloody big box which just squeezed into the boot of my car. I had nowhere to put my steak
