Hi

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good broker who deals with expat mortgages ?

I'm looking to buy an investment property using a BVI entity (as I'm non UK domiciled). I've got the incorporation covered already.
The rough figures are a LTV of about 70% with an expected mortgage term of about 22 years. I've got BTL quotes of around 4.6% upwards on a 2 year term, then SVR after - I was kinda hoping to do a little better than that but I'm not sure what deals may be about...

Cheers

Hi, anyone with any ideas on this?
I'm also an expat looking to purchase 1 or more buy to let properties in England.
Can anyone point the way to companies that will provide this?
Or any PH recommendations?
Or any impartial experts I can talk to?

Thanks
