Last night if overtook someone and they forced me to the side of the road meaning I had to drive threw about 1 foot of mud, obviously wheel spinning up the hill, driving today the car has no power, really hesitant, stinks of burning rubber and sounds like a corvette, any suggestions?:/

So you were forced half off the road and into a low traction environment where the car spun up a wheel causing a possible over rev.

Now you have no power, a burning rubber smell and rough running?

It's a Ford Ka

Did I read that right?

You can't guarantee that! When I had a 106 and my gf had a KA I hated the easter egg looking POS!

OP if its loud and down on power your exhaust is the problem.

Anyway, I suggest a flattened exhaust.

I think the damage is that you went through a deep puddle and the sill's, floorpans engine and engine mounts rusted away plus the exhaust and cat hence the smoke.
You may be lucky and still have a dash as I think its made from plastic.
