Can anyone identify this road sign?

[nammynake]

I walk past this sign daily and have no idea what it is. It's located just outside the Lloyds Bank building in Halifax.

parking zones?

[s p a c e m a n]

(guessing because I'm not from Halifax, but they're the same type of thing in most centres)

Could be parking, but quite likely to be loading zones. Most towns/shopping centres have signs like that to point you towards the nominated area to deliver to certain shops. TH will be an area and a large store will have a bay number there, smaller stores share bays between them
