Porsche Macan engine and gearbox thoughts

We currently have an Audi Q5 3.0tdi S-line which seems to be what the new Macan will be based on.Engine wise I can only assume it will have the SQ5 engine but will Porsche carry over the stop start system the the SQ5 has?
I have never really been that impressed with the gearbox in the Audi as I find it slightly hesitant unless kept in sports mode...is the Macan due to have the same gearbox or will Porsche put in their own version?
Sorry about all the questions but I have never gone down the Porsche route before so all new to me.
