Career Advice needed

For a while now I've been seriously thinking of a career change but not sure where to start.

I currently work for a large Automotive manufacture, my current role covers all type of electrical work from, resolving customer vehicles, retro fitment factory options, harness design and testing.

As well as working on 12v systems a lot of my time is spent working on high voltage electric vehicles.

Over the last year I have run a number of different projects which my manager has allowed me to do, however I feel I need a new challenge.

Since being a college where a obtained a HNC/HND in Motor vehicle Engineering and Management, I've always had a passion research and development, project management and engineering. I love reading about new technology especially in the field of electric and Hydrogen vehicles.

I feel with the experience and motivation I have going into the Automotive engineering would be great for me.

Any advice would be great.

A prospective employer will always be interested in what you can contribute. Ask yourself what you can contribute in the fields that you're interested in; concentrate on those where you are likely to add the most value.
