Northern OPC Recommendations?

We only have 3 OPCs in Scotland - Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. I've had a fairly poor quality of response and attention to detail from from OPC Glasgow's service department (sales are fine to deal with) and am therefore rather reluctant to give them my Macan order. Edinburgh is another Sytner dealer so *may* have the same corporate issues as Glasgow, I've no experience of Aberdeen, so can anyone recommend particularly good service levels from Northern OPCs? I'm thinking particularly of Newcastle or Kendal - they're about the same driving time from me as Aberdeen.

I would be interested in others experience with the Glasgow OPC, I am just dealing with them on a new purchase and can say the sales dept is fantastic however no experience of after sales and servicing.
When buying high end cars reputation is critical, i don't want to experience problems later down the road, as stated sales experience to date excellent.

To cut a long story short, very good experience with the sales side of Glasgow OPC, much less good with the service side - combination of general failure to listen to customer and less than good attention to detail.
