Is it too soon?
Discussion
We had to have our 11yo Pug put to sleep two and half weeks ago and we miss him dearly however I've just been approached by a colleague; his wife has a friend who needs to desperately re-home her 10m old deaf French Bulldog.
We have always fancied a French Bulldog, well the wife has and tbh I'm easy but I like Pugs and they aren't all that different, she is deaf which doesn't bother us as Humphrey (Pug) had issues, including deafness in the last couple of years, which we were more than happy to accommodate.
It would be nice to re-home a dog rather than take one as a puppy however is it too soon, is it fate?

Newbie alert!
I always think everything happens for a reason - if this frenchie has entered into your lives now, he may be just the tonic you need.
I read about your sad loss of Humprey - my thoughts were with you (albeit I was still lurking and not brave enough to post) he was clearly very well loved.
Frenchie's are fab too!!!

She had a fire so had to move out to other rented accommodation that don't allow pets, sister has the dog at the mo however has a Ridgeback and a Boxer who don't get on with the Frenchie, moving in with boyfriend who lives in rented that don't allow pets.
She also had a male who has been re-homed, there were a family who wanted the female however she went to visit them but didn't get a good vibe about them so pulled out.
