Mini Cooper D cam belt

Just had an interesting phone call wih my local garage regarding the cam belt and at what mileage it should be changed by. According to their reliable source, it suggests 150K
This doesn't sound right to me, has anyone heard any differently?

That is the manufacturer's recommendation.
