Kerbed alloys & Mot, will it pass?

Ok, we've just got a clio in trade & the alloys are badly kerbed, ive pictured two of the worst damage, its got an mot in the morning, will it pass or will it fail due to the badly kerbed alloys?

If it doesn't present a sharp edge, isn't obviously dangerous and provided the tyre isn't damaged, I'd expect that to pass no problem.

my clio got advisories of damage to road wheels to outer rim, just advisories though.
