Unfashionable that it is to say something positive about Halfords, the toolkit pictured above will only serve to fill in the gaps once you have bought their best and most expensive advance flat socket set, normally on offer at Christmas. add a 1/2" breaker bar, torch and a power probe to that, and you are pretty well kitted out.
Nice tool-roll but IME you'll only ever use a couple of pieces.
When required I carry: a couple of double-ended screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, gaffer tape, pvc tape, pliers (long-nose & flat nose) and a torch (to see down into the engine bay). If you need to go past what those offer, at the roadside, then call the AA/RAC

With the best will in the world, the fact you are considering a tool roll such as that suggests you might lack the competence to use much of it, particularly at the side of the road! Think about the jobs you would actually attempt yourself in those circumstances, and then carry only the tools you would require. For me that means a small 3/8 drive socket set and some good quality ratchet spanners, a multimeter, and a few spare bulbs and fuses.
