Relay

A couple of times when starting the car a lot of the electrics don't work, the only thing that seems to run is the engine and side lights, now I'm guessing there is a relay which is not working correctly, normally sorts itself out if I turn off the ignition and start again but would like to get this sorted before it fails altogether
Any ideas?

I'm thinking its either relay C or possibly an ignition switch problem?
