Anyone identify this bird for me please?

Spotted this today but can't see it in my book,either my book is rubbish or im spotting odd birds!:-)

It looks like a young male (this year's) chaffinch with bright sun on it.

It was the dusting of orange and light green on it's head that threw me?Its tail feathers/back look chaffinh-like but the head has unusual colouring.

Looks like a chaffnuch to me as well.

The lighting can affect the colour quite a bit, and they aren't as bright in winter.

The main reason i took the pic was because it had the orangey face,it just caught my attention.It basically looked to the naked eye like it looks here in the pic.

I think that is a female chaffinch not as colourful as the male !!
