Winter tyre rotation

Michelin Alpins, I didn't note when I took them off last year but assume that this is the directional information.

I thought that but could not find one so thought it had been replaced by these "designer" ones!
Also had a google whilst in my workshop before fitting but found little of help.

They are fitted to their own wheels so inside/outside is not an issue. The tread is directional so they are made up as pairs but depending on which wheel is fitted to which side of the car means the rotation is either wrong, right of it doesn't make a difference which I don't believe!
Just been out to check and no obvious arrow or ref to rotation can been found.

Inside / Outside is marked on most directional tyres now (especially michelin) as they have an assymetric tread pattern. If they are all marked 'Outside' then there is no issue with rotation (some have outside left/ outside right on them - p zero corsa - that are specifically made for a wheel position like on GT3's)

If the tyres have been run for a season there will be an amount of wear on the tyres that may cause noises / knobbly ride until they have worn in again. Not technically an issue but still worth noting.

Just been outside to look at my Michelin Alpin Sport.



There are 2 arrows to show direction of rotation. These show the same direction as the little arrows on the tread blocks.
