Rates for secured debt are in the 1.65 - 2.00 % over base meantime.

I have seen the shape of the yield curve...set to flatten a lot soon imo..also regarding credit rating I would say I certainly don't have an out of control budget deficit and I actually can pay what I owe..so yes I am a better rating Are you a better credit risk than a government or AAA corporate??
