Seems like an obvious thing for PistonHeads members to support, until you recall why he left UKIP (for those not wishing to read the article, he was the one not too complimentary about women).
It's a shame Top Gear is not on - would have been great to see how this was treated in teh News section of the show

He was on Have I got News for You recently. It did not go well. I was wondering who out of Victoria Coren or Ian Hislop was going to hit him first. In the end it was only the fact that everyone was simply incredulous that such an idiot still existed in politics saved him from a bashing.
The man is an obnoxious buffon who is best ignored. If he takes up the mantel of "motorists champion" then he'll probably do irrepairable damage to the cause of having some common sense during any discussion about the roads in parliament.

Godfrey Bloom is best ignored. In contrast, Steve Baker MP is a genuinely expert driver, with a number of advanced and high performance driving and motorcycling qualifications to his name.
