Poppy's inspection report….

Hi Peeps…Well i took the car to Dan taylor this morning for a once over and this is what was found..

The UJ's need doing as they look like they haven't been done for ages and there is a little bit of play in them..
The diff is leaking oil from the front seal..
The N/S front wheel bearing needs adjustment..
There is what seems to be an outrigger corner join with no weld..
A hairline fracture in the weld on the box section under the exhaust..
The downpipes to centre box is leaking…


The sills need removing to inspect the outriggers and Dan is going to quote me for the work..I hope its just a tack up for now as i might bite the bullet and send her off to Southways for a body off job…

Not a massive list but still stuff any of can do without, you need a garage Zig, then you can kit it all out and everyone can then bring theirs to you and drink ya tea whilst you help fix it, don't despair, money and will fixes most things, didn't see your pirate outfit by the way.

great looking car you have, this list is not much...get those UJ's greased up, clean the diff and leave to see how bad the leak is and the out riggers could be tacked to repair...............body off means months with out poppy.
