mk4 golf gt tdi juddering and misfire

Hi there hopefully someone can help...i was driving my golf today and it juddered quite violently whilst in boost and the traction control light came on and start misfiring like its rnning on 3 cylinders....i switched the car off then started it back up and traction control light came back and was misfiring.
I then turned the car off and left it for 10mins, after that i started it and its been fine since. This is the 2nd time this has happened.....being told it could be injector leads?? there no engine management lights coming up anyways, just the traction control light.
