R53 Cooper S auto - Clunky Gearchange

Hi, I have a 55 plate Cooper S auto. It's in great condition and puts a smile on my face everyday. Recently though it's started to get a bit clunky when changing gear. By clunky I mean it jolts when changing gear. I think the gearbox is fine and I'm guessing it might be worn engine or gearbox mounts, has anyone any experience and advice? Cheers Paul
