double payment taken

Hi i have a loan and they have taken 2 payments leading for my account to go into the negative and charges. Now i have to wait 3 days for he statement to confirm and they won't do aythig untl then, but what can i claim in costs, i will be charged 20 pounds as well a lose of my money.
