Can anyone tell me what is happening here?

When I open up a PH page some text appears to be in HTML and the whole page splits.

Is there anything I can do?

The green underlined text is symptomatic of spyware which is modifying your browser behaviour.

Cheers for that, I have Avast that's normal good but hasn't picked that up.
