But your question is a little odd.

If you want to soften the ride, you turn the adjusters anti clockwise.
If you want a harder ride, you turn the adjusters clockwise.

But harder doesn't necessarily mean more comfortable.
Too hard, you will feel every matchstick discarded in the road.
Too soft and you may have too little damping, so the springs get the upper hand and the ride is too bouncy.

On my Gaz Gold Pros, the point at which the dampers suddenly go from soft to stiff is about 8 clicks clockwise from soft. On the road I have them set just to soft side of this point, at 6 clicks.
On the track I leave the rears alone, but set the fronts as hard as they will go. This stops the front from diving under braking, and helps avoid too much rise on acceleration. The soft rears keep the back end compliant and avoid it hopping on tight bends.
Forget to reset the front dampers after a track day and my fillings fall out after about two miles on public roads - race tracks are very smooth.

You make it sound like your ride is too bouncy. So try clicks clockwise, two at a time. You can bounce each corner after the adjustment. You will soon know when you have passed the point at which they go stiff.

If the stickers have fell of turn it until it stops and then push the car down ,you will know if its hard or soft just by pushing down cool
