You could probably do it with the diff in the car as long as you could get a slide hammer in to extract the old seal.

I got one from the link posted above. Did it off the car. Not to difficult but mine still has a very, very slight drip :-(
Thinking of doing it again. Can't fault the delivery service from the supplier. I think my problem was due to fitting?
Followed all advise but the new seal seemed to go in way easier than the old bu&&er came out. Maybee I should have used sme extra sealant?
Dripping seems to be getting less. Could this be due to over filling with oil?
