These are great fun, especially the James Hunt as Bond one - episode 7

Tooned was rubbish this year. Maybe one or two SECONDS of humour or cleverness, but ultimately not worth watching. The 2012 stuff was much funnier, before they decided to use it to advertise McLaren (as opposed to having a laugh).

  • yes, I am aware it's done by McLaren; they still weren't advertising themselves as such in 2012.

Absolutely agree! I only watched the first 2 episodes this year and there were dire. Of course one suspects that it was Rons idea to inject some fact where none was required. rolleyes

Hmmm I found 2013 way better than 2012. The portrayal of the idiosyncrasies of the various historical drivers was spot on.

Maybe but do you really think the target audience (children who like Jenson and Lewis/Sergio) care about Senna or Hunt? If McLaren want to do documentary do it properly.

Didn't find the stupid werewolf/superhero/etc nonsense funny, interesting or informative. The best bits were the apparently off-the-cuff remarks by Jenson or Prof. Didn't find the 'old' mechanic very interesting either.

T'was poop.

Eh? This was broadcast during a live F1 race (or maybe I missed the rerun on CBBC?)...so totally aimed at the F1 audience....I don't know a single kid who knows who the fk Sergio frigging Perez is...or did you really think that Santander asked Bish to sort out some ads to flog 123s to spotty youths? I expected more from you Rich!!!!!!!!!!!!
