Observe its beige beauty, luxuriate in its brown interior before charging down the road impelled by its 1300cc's of power!
Inspired by the thread of the £2500 restored Maestro this Leyland rarity has got to be a good buy with only 50000 miles and a long mot.
In all seriousness I rather like it, to the tune that Ive bid upto £500 on it.
Now in retrospect I've realised I dont actually need it and Ive a sneeky suspicion I might end up owning so PLEASE if theres any aspiring Montego owners out there get your bids in NOW!
Every year this happens due to boredom at work and Ebay roulette, going to close my account!

I think the gold wheels are a subtle hommage to that similarly sporting saloon the Impreza Turbo.
Tbh if I end up owning it its not the end of the world and I do like its base specness and the colours both inside and out.
I have a lads trip to Amshterdam in May,4 blokes in a Capri would be a tight squeeze so a Beige Montego could be the answer?
None the less, someone please outbid me!

Acoording to howmanyleft a succesfull bid will see me owning 12.5% of all the remaining 1300s,factor in the beige and brown and its probably unique!
I inadvertantly purchased a Beige 1700l Ital a few years back,at least it had character, the Montegos sheer lack of that makes it oddly more appealing.

Therefore, if you do win it, you might be lucky and find it's worth, oh, I don't know, say £550, in ten years time. Potential bargain
