No Ignition - Any Ideas Please?
Discussion
Car not used for last fortnight, battery on conditioner showing green so I assume the battery's OK (it's fairly new anyway).
Doors lock and unlock on remote fob OK, windows work, lights, hazards, horn all fine.
Press the black ignition switch though and nothing (no ignition light, fuel pump or starter).
Fuses in boot look OK. Unplugged the Ignition Control Box, left it and reconnected.
I'm wondering where to start and in which order - Big fuse, ignition relay, control box, switch under
the black rubber ignition nipple (which was replaced just a year ago) or immobiliser (my money's on this).
Could get expensive just randomly replacing components - any ideas please?

Well, after finding the immobiliser and disconnecting it and everything else electrical I could find, turns out it was the silver key! Reason I didn't try that straight away was a garage last year told me it was completely disconnected, and I have been driving around without the key even in since then. Had a feel behind the switch though and want quite as disconnected as I was told. Luckily still had the key with me in the car so tried it as a last resort and there is life again :-)
