Connecting Laptop to TV - Old tech

I'm setting up a TV/Laptop for the garage so I can use it for cycling videos.

Plan is to connect my old laptop running minimal kit to an old TV.

The Laptop has VGA, DVI, USB and S-Video outputs

The TV has SCART, S-VIDEO IN, and I think it has component.

Whats the best way of getting a decent picture with the TV for video playback via the laptop? Cheaper the better.

cheapest with those connections would be an s-video and audio cable, Picture will probably be good enough for video/movies if the telly is SD and not too big
