Problem with PSN sign in

Hi all

For some reason despite having my PSN sign in and password saved on the system (perhaps a power cut?) it kicked me out and prompted me for my password.

I can't remember the damned thing and the original email address I used to set the account up no longer exists so I can't have a temporary password sent to me.

Any idea best course of action? Other than get a better memory?
