How late to work was everyone today?? I rolled in 2 hours 30 late, just in time for tea break smile Looks like it might be closed east bound for a while today. Report says no serious injuries, looking at the photo of the car, that looks pretty fortunate!

Surprising somebody survived in the car, looks a complete mess! Unless it's been cut open in parts by the fire service?

one less mondeo I guess...

...glad no-one died, but concerning this is less than 200yds from the fatal coach collision a few months ago, suspect this may be a target for some police speed monitoring from now on....

Fast stretch too, just after the average speed cameras finish.

Artic pictured was following an old stbox furniture wagon and drag when the drag became detached from the truck and stopped in the middle of the road eek. The artic swerved to avoid it and jack-knifed, taking the car with him. The drag that become detached finished up 200 yards further up the road (not in the picture).

Seems a really bad stretch down there. I used to commute along there for years and it seems every few months there is something either bad or very bad going on down there.

It's weird though because it always just seems like bad luck more than a fault of any driver in response to the road design or something.
