Small but good binoculars

Does anyone have any recommendations for small but good binoculars, budget up to say £200?
My Dad is a keen walker and he's mentioned he'd like a pair which would easily fit into a coat pocket, so no ex-Rommel jobs. They'd be for general wildlife spotting, scenery viewing and so on.

Any pointers much appreciated please as I have no idea at all, and Amazon start at £7.99 for some Dora the Explorer ones
