Another Cerbera /S post (sorry)
Discussion
I felt the need to share it with the bretherin of the S cloth (whom I love so)

Absoloutely gorgeous!!!!
This is how I wanted my S to sound, after Mark Adams/Paul had finished with it. Is it possible though?
(Remember, they didn't finish remapping, because my injectors are shagged, but after they are cleaned, with a new remap??)
need to calm down, breathe deeply...?

So come on guys, is it possible to make a remap my RV8 to pop like that on over run?Popping and banging is a result of the engine design (some do it more than others) and over fueling on the overrun. You can probably set up a car to pop and bang, ie run it very rich, but you will get excess bore washing and promote engine wear. If you get overrun as a result then
but setting the car up just to pop and bang
Unfortunately RV* is not an AJP. Personally I think a nicely set up RV8 sounds better than the Cerbie.
You will be sacrificing performace for sound not good. Having said that mine seems to pop and bang a lot more lately wich is
, but I think I've got a leak somewhere. Manifolds I suspect.
Personal preference dictated, but I reckon it more about the drive than the sound. For sound you can just keep bolting on bigger exhausts. But then you start losing gas velocity and that's bad, may sound good but kills performance.
