Were p/xing our 335d in a month or so having agreed on a new M135i which will start being built next week.

The 335d is on a nudge under 58k miles but we have a few things arranged we need it for before the M135i is ready which will probably add at least 1000 miles.

Is that reasonable?!

Have bought a few new cars but always from stock so no waiting like this!

What's the spec on the 335d and if you don't mind me asking how much did you get p/x for it?

I'd say 1,000 miles for a month is reasonable. I'd be worried if you took it over 60,000 though.

Did the dealer mention anything during the deal about usage for the month?

56 plate SE Touring, Terra Dakota leather, panoramic roof, a few other bits. No engine mods, non run flats on 160 style 17s. Sapphire black. Around £9k. Slightly ouch.

He didn't and I very much doubt we'd go over 60k; if it got near, I'd use our van!

You could always call and mention your planned trips to the salesman but for a thousand miles over a month I'd not worry.

Enjoy your new car, they're great!

You're local to me are you trading in to Ocean?

Shame I only just bought a 330 last month for not much less but would have given you the trade in plus a bit more if I'd known.

I'll try & send you a pm, may wantto run a deal past you.
