Rough running (KR500)

Thoughts and help please.
Been thinking about putting the 7 into hibernation for the winter, so I thought one more run first.
Haven't driven the car for about three weeks, she starts ok (always takes a good few attempts to fire). Idles roughly, and stalls many times however once she starts to warm up she idles ok. Quick up and down the road and she is very hesitant under throttle. Leave to idle until up to normal temp then another run, all fine then opened her up and every now and then there is an abrupt and complete loss of power under full throttle in mid to high revs.
Want to sort this before I cover her up for the winter, where to start??
