Considering getting this for my car. What are peoples experiences with them? Are they like insurance and will find any reason not to pay out?

No direct experience other than getting a quote once and now being harangued endlessly via email, text, phone calls etc

I didnt take up the warranty after reading lots of stuff about how it's a complete waste of money and they wiggle out of everything
