I have just returned to the TVR world after 10 years, we have recently bought a 4.0l chimaera from James Agger autosport in the midlands ,the car is absolutely fantastic with a very impressive history file! we found James a great guy to deal with and his knowledge of these cars is second to none.
when we decide to change or upgrade to a different model I wouldn't hesitate in going back, top bloke!!

I remember going for a test drive in a pearl cerbera 4.2 c 10 years ago with James.... Didn't spot (or know to spot) a man hole cover at a junction.
Que a big slide (recovered), and a squeal from the passenger seat! (And drivers seat!)

smile

Should have bought that car rather than the Tuscan

He has a cracking reputation and although the car I went to see wasn't for me in the end, I was very impressed as to his manner towards me, bearing in mind I was a young looking 22/23 year old he treated me like any other person which was nice when some places would take one look at you and tell you to go swivel.

if I ever came to buy again and he had the right car for me wouldn't hesitate to buy off him

We bought Wol, our Griffith 500 via James ten years ago. I say via, because James was actually on holiday when we went to see the car, so James gave us the sellers number and that was that!

Apparently James helped spec Wol from new, and sold him the three times before we bought him, which is a shame for James because he's unlikely to ever be back on the market!

Absolute top bloke to deal with, gets some fantastic cars, if we decide to add to the stable in the future, he's the man we'll be calling.

James always has some great TVRs. Definitely worth contacting him if you're looking to buy.

I was being quite fussy when I was looking for a particular colour/spec of Tuscan seven years back. It took him a couple of months but he found me the ideal car which I still have today.

Yup, pains me to say it, but another man-to-another-man vote for James from me. I brought my Chim from him when he worked at his Main Dealer (15 years ago..!) - still got it today...! Was/Is still a sound car - was a nice chap. He must be knocking on almost 35 by now...!?

Another vote here for James.
He doesn't just sell the cars though, he drives them too, so he really can claim to know them inside and out.

I've bought 2 cars from James and if I ever decide to swap the Griff for a T car I'll be knocking on James door.

I still get a Christmas card too. This year it features a Tamora. If its not a Griff in Sapphire Blue next year I don't care how nice he is, I'm going to have words....

Hi James

Is a great bloke, and knows about TVR's.

I brought New cars from him (When you could) and he also helped me sort out the finance when I purchased my Cerb 8 years ago.

I can remember him starting at TMS and then going on to being the Sales Manager.

You know were you are when you buy a car from James.

His Christmas Cards are always a great looking card and usual have a great car on them!
