The diet has gone impeccably for 6 months, I'm skinny, I'm toned.... And I'm HUNGRY. It has been too long and too hard for too long and my body has rebelled, so i'm giving in until the end of the weekend. I need your suggestions. I don't care about calories, I don't care about nutrients, but I do care about quality, taste and deliciousness. So, I welcome recommendations. So far, I'm thinking a monstrous slab of steak for one night, a Thai banquet another night, etc. mcdonalds is out (I'm not wasting my 4 days on cardboard).

I'll try and photograph the food porn and keep this thread updated.

Full English as another.
A hulking great big slab of fried haddock with chips curry sauce and some white bread as another.
A durty takeaway chicken kebab served on a garlic Nan bread.....

Personally I can recommend these.

Or go authentic and get your ass to a china town and get three roast meat combo:

For me there's little else that could be more satisfying in your position.

I do however think you'll struggle with the volume and richness.

Or Man v. Food style - I'd really cut down my eating for a while before going on holiday, lost a bit of weight, so among other things went for these:

Fully loaded Salty Dog (aka heart attack on a bun) in Sarasota:

48oz Porterhouse steak at Shula's steakhouse - the photo doesnt really do the size of steak, as it was about four inches thick!!:

Sunday simply has to be a massive roast of your choice.

Personally i'd have to go with roast pork. Loads of roast potatoes and a hulking big slab of lovely salty crackling.

Surely if you're eating healthily, you could do sushi any night of the week without saying "I shouldn't have ate that" ? I'd be looking to eat good quality steaks / filth from takeaways

If I feel I've been too good for too long my naughty craving is white bread. I would go for baguette with Fois Gras and apricot jam, with a bottle of your favourite wine. Repeat until sated or broke.

What about trying to reach some sort of biscuity nirvana? Maybe help yourself along with some of those big jars of spreadable chocolate or marshmallowy business to smother them in?

In my part of the world the kebabs shops sell a wonderful thing called a "Hoagie".which is basically all the meat options from the kebab shop, covered in sauce (one raita style and cool the other achingly spicy) then rolled in a full size garlic Naan bread as if it was a gargantuan wrap. Feeds 6 sober people or one drunken person

a great idea! However, diets don't work for exactly this reason. If you feel deprived, you'll snap back into being depraved smile
