Define what you mean by "good spec"! Not being facetious, but everyone has a different idea of what a good spec is. Ask 10 owners on here and you'll get 10 different answers.

What do you want to use the car for, firstly? I presume from you're statement you're looking at a self-build... are you wanting to build a "factory" car, or are you interested in going aftermarket in some areas? Are you after mega power, or sensible street power?
